I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my friend's home in Montgomery after she lost her mother. The arrangement delivered to her was beautiful, it looked even better than it did on the website. I will also add, at first, we had a miscommunication on the order due to the website temporarily being down. Buck called me directly to address the issue and make sure that everything gets worked out. I respect his professionalism and quality of work, highly recommend giving these folks your business if you need any flowers in the Montgomery, AL area!

Buck got me taken care of quickly and for a good price. He put together the perfect combination of roses and lillies for my wife's graduation. He communicated with me to make sure the order was put together and ready on time. My only "ding" is that it was difficult most days to get an answer over the phone. Only a minor grumble though and would use his skills again!

I am so utterly disappointed. I ordered the most expensive basket that was offered and even paid $30 to upgrade it to the “Best” version of it, a total of $200. What my friend received was anything but the best. I have spoken to the owner who has gone from “I’m so sorry” to “I will pick up some things at the grocery store and she can meet me somewhere to get them” to not delivering anything else at all. Attached is what I ordered, the basic version, and what I received…a fruit basket with some crackers and Walgreens cookies. I am humiliated at this point and would never ask someone who was supposed to get a basket of value to “meet me to get the stuff that was left out.” It has now been over a week since the original order took place of the basket below with the purple bow. I am now hearing from the owner today once I requested a refund by email. I cannot possibly ask the friend who received the basket to do anything at all to “complete” her basket.

We live in a different state than my in-laws & wanted to send flowers for Mother’s Day. We wanted to support local businesses so we chose Flowers by Buck. The reviews were great so we ordered an arrangement that they had listed on their website. We ordered over a week in advance. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered we received a phone call from the florist letting us know that they don’t have the items for that arrangement in stock. We were disappointed at the short notice, especially being the same day of the delivery. But were thankful they offered to do another arrangement but it would be delivered a day later than we requested. It was fine by us. They even offered calla lilies, which are more expensive. We thought, “great! This will still work out nicely.” We asked my MIL to send a pic & it was a plant of calla lilies in a super cheap container with a hideously cheap bow. It looked like someone stopped by the grocery store & dropped this off. SUCH a disappointment. We paid >$80 for that! We won’t be ordering from Flowers by Buck again. I guess it’s back to the mega flower companies for us for out of state orders.

This arrangement was delivered to my cousin on today. I called so many places and none of them delivered to her area. However, this florist made an exception for a small fee. My family was so happy to have received it. She a said they had not been there 5 minutes before she called to say thank you. It's when you receive something unexpectedly it lights up your entire day!
